When you visit our office for the first time, please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have time to fill out the New Patient Form*. You will wait for your appointment to begin in our waiting room, where you will find ample reading materials and comfortable seating.
At the beginning of your visit, your dentist will refer to your New Patient Form and discuss your dental health needs with you.
During and after your appointment, your dentist or hygienist will answer any questions you may have about your oral health and treatment options.
You can book your next appointment at our office, or you can contact us any time during business hours.
If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call us immediately and we will make room in our schedule to see you.
We accept cancellations over the phone, in person or by email.
We reschedule appointments over the phone or in person.

We accept most insurance plans. Bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment, and our team will be happy to submit your claim to your insurance company directly.
Our dental team will need a bit of information about you for your first appointment. Please download our New Patient Form. We ask that you bring the completed form with you on your first visit to our clinic.
